Universal Geneve is, definately, an undervalued brand. Their quality is impecable and their prices, affordable. This vintage chronograph dates back to 1948, and the heavy patina in the dial makes justice to its age.
It’s powered by the Universal Geneve cal. 386, and beats like a clock!
The 35mm case makes it suitable for all wrists, unless you have a huge one. And, while sporty, the dressy character of this watch really pops to me. The case has been rechromed before.
Universal Geneve is rising in popularity, we’ve seen that for the last few years, as they hit high prices on auctions.
This vintage piece is looking for a good, caring home. Are you going to be the next proud owner of a 70 year old watch?
