On Stem&Bezel we’re very aware of all the dangers of buying watches online. That’s why we pay special attention to the watches we source, where most of our watches are serviced by a professional watchmaker. You will get 3 months of mechanical guarantee that covers any defect on the movement or malfunctions. This guarantee will NOT cover: water damage, bad usage of the watch functions, damage from fall or hits.
Disclaimer: as the watches we’re sourcing are usually 30 years and older, we do not recommend to expose them to water. If you decide to do it, it will be your responsability.
We don’t want you to have a watch that you don’t love, that’s it. So you will have three full days since day of delivery to return your watch, no questions asked. How do you return it? Simple: contact our staff sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will guide you through the process.
Disclaimer: shipping and handling costs won’t be refunded. Shipping costs from returns are buyer’s responsibility.

You just bought your watch and now it’s time for us to ship it to its new home! We will ship worldwide with UPS Express and insure all of the packages. The watch should get to you in 24-72h. You will receive a tracking number so you can check the delivery date.
